Terms of Use

Last updated: May 31, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cryptify Technology Portal.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate the rights of third parties.

Age Restriction

By using the site and providing your data, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of the legal age required to provide personal data in your jurisdiction). The site is not intended for individuals under 13 (or 16 for GDPR). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Processing Resume and Message Data

By submitting your resume or other data through the portal, you consent to its processing as part of the hiring process.

Analytics and Error Monitoring

We use analytics and error monitoring tools to improve the stability and performance of the site. This includes collecting technical data such as page interactions, device information, and error logs. For site analytics, we use a self-hosted, cookieless Umami instance, which does not track you across other websites or share data with third parties.

Booking a Meeting

The portal embeds a meeting scheduler served from our self-hosted Cal instance at cal.cryptify.tech. When you open it and book a slot, you supply your name, email address, time zone and any notes you choose to add, and you consent to us processing that information in order to arrange and hold the meeting and to send you the related calendar invitation and reminders.

Error Monitoring

We use a self-hosted Sentry system to collect and analyze application errors and performance issues. Error reports may include technical information such as browser type, device data, and actions leading to the error. This data is used solely to improve system stability and fix bugs.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, design, code) is the property of Cryptify Corporation and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided 'as is' without warranties. Cryptify is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the site, including the handling of personal data.

External Links

The site may contain links to third-party resources. Cryptify is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Equal Employment Opportunity

Cryptify is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

At-Will Employment

Any employment, if offered, would be on an at-will basis, meaning either party can terminate at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
