Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 5, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Cryptify collects, uses, and protects your personal information when visiting our Technology Portal.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data: IP address and browser information (automatically via server logs), as well as any information you voluntarily provide through contact forms (name, email, resume, messages, etc.). We do not collect wallet addresses or sensitive financial information on this portal.
Data Retention
Personal data submitted through the Technology portal is retained until the hiring process is completed and/or until you request its deletion.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. In case of a breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.
Data Transfer Abroad
Your data may be processed on servers located in other countries. We ensure data protection in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data to operate the site, respond to inquiries, process job applications, improve user experience, and perform internal analysis. Data processing is based on your consent for resumes and messages and on legitimate interest for site analytics.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics) under strict agreements. No third-party advertising or tracking is used.
Meeting Scheduling Data
When you book a meeting through the embedded scheduler, we receive the name, email address, time zone and any notes you enter in the booking form, together with the date and time you select. We use this data solely to arrange the meeting, to send the calendar invitation and reminders, and to contact you about that meeting. The scheduler runs on our own infrastructure (cal.cryptify.tech); we do not sell this data or pass it to advertising networks. Calendar invitations are delivered to the email address you provide.
Analytics and Error Monitoring
We measure aggregated usage of the site with a self-hosted, cookieless Umami instance: page views, referrer, approximate region, browser and device type. These statistics are not linked to your identity and are not shared with third parties. We also collect error reports containing stack traces and technical context so that we can fix faults.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at email.
